Privacy Policy

How we handle your data.

Straight talk about what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the controls you have. This page is maintained by Land Nachos, Inc. to describe our current practices.

Effective February 1, 2026

1.Who we are

Land Nachos, Inc. ("Land Nachos", "we", "us") is a Delaware corporation headquartered in Denver, Colorado. We provide a software platform for land businesses covering prospecting, CRM, direct mail, contracts, websites, payments, and seller financing.

This policy applies to landnachos.com, the Land Nachos web application, and related services (together, the "Services"). It does not apply to third-party sites we link to.

Two roles. For data about you as our customer (your account, billing, support), Land Nachos is the controller. For data you upload into your workspace about your own leads, sellers, and buyers, you are the controller and Land Nachos acts as your processor, handling that data only to deliver the Services.

2.Information we collect

  • Account information — name, business name, email address, phone number, password credentials, and role within your workspace.
  • Billing information — plan, trial status, invoices, and the last four digits and brand of your payment card. Full card numbers go directly to our payment processor and are never stored on Land Nachos servers.
  • Workspace content — the data you and your team put into the product: property and parcel records, contacts, mail campaigns, notes, documents, contracts, websites, and messages.
  • Usage and device data — pages viewed, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser and device type, and referring page. Used to keep the product reliable and to understand what to improve.
  • Support communications — emails, chat messages, demo requests, and anything you send us.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the Services are not directed at children.

3.How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and secure the Services.
  • Authenticate users and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Process payments, trials, renewals, and refunds.
  • Respond to support requests and send service notices such as billing receipts, security alerts, and product changes.
  • Improve reliability and product quality using aggregated, de-identified usage patterns.
  • Send marketing emails where permitted — you can unsubscribe from these at any time.
  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your workspace content to train general-purpose AI models.

4.AI features

Some Land Nachos features (such as the AI team, drafting, and summarization tools) send the specific content you submit to third-party AI model providers to generate a response. That content is used to return your result and is not used by us to train models.

AI output can be wrong. Review anything generated by these features before relying on it, especially in contracts, offers, and communications with sellers or buyers.

5.When we share information

We share personal information only in these situations:

  • Service providers (subprocessors) that run parts of the Services on our behalf under contract — see the next section.
  • Integrations you enable — when you connect a third-party tool, data flows to that tool according to your configuration and that provider's own privacy policy.
  • Your own workspace — other members and administrators of your workspace can see the content in it.
  • Legal reasons — to comply with applicable law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Land Nachos, our customers, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected customers.

6.Subprocessors and integrations

We use a small set of vetted providers to deliver the Services. Current categories include:

  • Cloud hosting and database — application hosting, database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Payments — Stripe, for subscriptions, trials, and payment processing.
  • Property and owner data — parcel, owner, and skip-trace data providers used to power prospecting.
  • Direct mail — print and mail fulfillment partners used when you send campaigns.
  • Communications — email, SMS, and voice providers used for product notifications and outreach you send.
  • AI model providers — used for AI features you invoke.
  • Support and analytics — helpdesk tooling and product analytics.

For a current, named list of subprocessors — or to request a data processing addendum — email privacy@landnachos.com.

7.Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: essential cookies that keep you signed in and secure the session, and analytics cookies that tell us which pages and features get used.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will break sign-in. We do not run third-party advertising or retargeting pixels on the product application.

8.Data retention and deletion

  • Active accounts — we retain workspace content for as long as your account is active.
  • After cancellation — workspace content remains available for export for 30 days, then is scheduled for deletion from production systems.
  • Backups — encrypted backups roll off on a rolling schedule of up to 90 days.
  • Billing and tax records — retained as long as required by law, typically seven years.

You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing privacy@landnachos.com.

9.Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest by our hosting provider. Access to production data is limited to the staff who need it, protected by unique accounts and multi-factor authentication. Workspace data is isolated per account with row-level access rules.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim to be certified against any specific standard. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email security@landnachos.com and we will respond promptly. Please give us a reasonable window to remediate before public disclosure.

10.Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live — including under the Colorado Privacy Act, California's CCPA/CPRA, and the GDPR/UK GDPR — you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of the personal information we hold.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Opt out of marketing communications.
  • Appeal a decision we make about a privacy request, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Email privacy@landnachos.com and we will respond within 45 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If your request relates to data a Land Nachos customer uploaded about you, we will forward the request to that customer, who controls it.

11.International transfers

Land Nachos is operated from the United States and our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our providers.

12.Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product changes. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and notify account owners by email or in-product notice before it takes effect.
