How does the $1 trial work?
You get full access to Land Nachos Core for $1. No feature gates during the trial — you're working with the real product, on your real data. Cancel before renewal and you're never charged again.
Do you charge per user?
No. Invite your whole team — acquisitions, dispositions, VAs, bookkeeping — at no additional cost.
Is the AI Team included?
AI Team is an optional add-on at $97/month. AI usage itself is billed through your Usage Wallet, so you only pay for what you actually run.
What is the Usage Wallet?
Usage-based services — property data pulls, skip tracing, printed mail, calls, texts, email and AI usage — draw from a prepaid wallet. You see the per-unit cost before you spend it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract. Cancel before your renewal date and the plan simply ends.

What Land Nachos actually does.
How is this different from a regular CRM?
A CRM tracks contacts. Land Nachos runs the whole land business — prospecting, direct mail, CRM, pipeline, contracts, property websites, seller financing and payments — inside one connected system, with parcels as first-class records.
Do I still need a separate mail house, e-sign tool and note servicer?
No. Mail, e-signature and note servicing are built in. Most customers replace between four and seven tools when they move over.
How does the AI team work?
Each agent is scoped to a role and to your workspace data. They surface recommendations, draft follow-ups and organize records — and take action only with your approval.
Does it work for a solo investor?
Yes. Solo operators are our most common starting point. Nothing about the platform assumes a big team, and pricing doesn't punish you for adding one later.

Can I migrate my existing data?
Yes. We import leads and contacts from spreadsheets and common land CRMs, migrate active notes from popular financing platforms, and connect your existing listings.
How long does migration take?
Most workspaces are live in a few days. Larger note portfolios and multi-market list histories can take a couple of weeks — we'll scope it with you before you commit.
Who owns the data?
You do. Export any object — owners, properties, deals, notes, activity — at any time, in standard formats.
Where does property data come from?
We combine county records with commercial data partners including Regrid, BatchData and Land Portal, then enrich and deduplicate before it reaches your workspace.

How is my data secured?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, with per-workspace isolation, role-based access control, audit logs and continuous backups. Details are on our platform security page.
What support is included?
Every plan includes in-app support and email support. Migration assistance is included when you're moving from another platform.
